It takes courage to reach out when you’re struggling, especially to a stranger. That’s why I provide a 20 minute ‘get to know each other’ phone/Skype session where you can find out how I work, ask any questions and we decide whether we can work together.
If we decide to take the next step then we have a one to one weekly (55-60 minute) session to suit your time schedule and level of privacy.
Due to the confidential nature of our sessions, it’s vitally important that you feel comfortable and able to speak without interruption or general distractions. Therefore I can call you while you sit in the comfort of your home in your pyjamas. Or you can call me from a friends, your car or even your back garden (all of which are quite normal on my virtual couch).
If you need more intensive support, additional phone sessions, email and text messages are also provided together with weekly homework to keep you on track.
